Visit El Barrio is comprised of over 30 local businesses in El Barrio/East Harlem that primarily serve the neighborhood and its surrounding New York City areas. Together, we strive to increase visitation and tourism to the area, develop long-term economic vibrancy, and promote El Barrio/East Harlem as the city's premiere destination for shopping, arts, nightlife, and a variety of ethnic cuisine from around the world.

Visit El Barrio is a joint partnership of Hope Community, Inc. and the New York City Department of Small Business Services.  Since 2009, Visit El Barrio has attracted over 20,000 visitors to El Barrio/East Harlem and generated an estimated $1 million in economic development.
